1. Agreement

By accessing or using CryptoGPT, you agree to these Terms and the CryptoGPT Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

CryptoGPT is an AI-powered product that provides crypto-related informational tools, chat experiences, account features, and optional paid subscriptions. It is not a custodian, exchange, broker, wallet, investment adviser, legal adviser, or tax adviser.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You are responsible for your account credentials and account activity.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

4. Important Financial and AI Disclaimer

CryptoGPT may discuss crypto markets, tokens, protocols, staking, and other financial topics. Outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misleading. You are responsible for verifying information and making your own decisions.

5. Acceptable Use

• No fraud, abuse, impersonation, credential attacks, or illegal content.
• No attempts to extract secrets, private keys, or payment card data through the service.
• No interference with service integrity, availability, or security controls.
• No use of the service to violate third-party rights or applicable law.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features may be billed through Stripe or a Stripe-managed flow. Pricing, billing period, and plan details shown at checkout control the purchase. Taxes, refunds, cancellations, and renewal language should be reviewed and finalized before broad paid launch. Until then, any paid rollout should be treated as requiring operator review.

7. Emails and Notices

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional messages such as verification, billing, service, and security notices. Any marketing communications should remain subject to separate consent and unsubscribe controls.

8. Intellectual Property and Output Use

CryptoGPT and its underlying software, branding, and site materials remain the property of their respective owners. You are responsible for your use of generated outputs and for checking whether outputs are suitable for publication, trading decisions, or business use.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe your use creates security, abuse, legal, payment, or operational risk, or if you violate these Terms.

10. Warranties and Liability

CryptoGPT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, profitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages arising from use of the service.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
